this quote reflects check or cash discount price. There is a surcharge for credit card payments. READ BEFORE APPROVING -please send all emails to Info@flagt.com (jayna@flagt.com and Cameron@flagt.com do not work at the moment) -If paying with a PO we need the PO number before we can begin processing the order -For all other forms of payment we will need to have a card on file and require half down to begin processing the order. You will pay the rest of the amount upon pick up. Your order will have a net of 30 days and if we do not receive payment by the due date the card on file will be charged. -For all Customers: Art work - If you have artwork in a Vector file (eps. Svg. Ai) there will be no artwork fee. All other files ex PNG, JPEG, ect, still work but there will be artwork fee for artist to create it. Art Proof Disclaimer MOCKUPS- Please be sure to double check spelling, grammar, layout, and design content. If the proof containing errors is approved, the customer is responsible for all costs, including corrections and reprints. Our policy also includes (3) free rounds of revisions to artwork. After those revisions are used an edit fee will be added with each change. proofs may not represent exact apparel styles. All colors displayed may look different in person than on your computer screen due to the individual monitor or screen color settings. All artwork must be approved by the customer before we move forward with the order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. Restocking Fee - If you have placed an order and approved it, we begin processing the order as necessary. If you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours of approving the order you will be charged a restocking fee to return all the items. Fee amount depends on quantity of order. PROVIDED ITEMS- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE/LIABLE FOR PROVIDED ITEMS LEFT IN OUR SHOP FOR OVER 30 DAYS WITH NO CONTACT FROM THE CUSTOMER. IF YOU BRING IN ITEMS, THEN DECIDE TO NOT PROCEED, YOU MUST COME PICK UP YOUR ITEMS.

Refund Policy

-All orders that are approved by the customer are non-refundable. -Artwork fee is non-refundable - Cancelation of an order must be made 24 hours after placing order to get a full refund. (artwork fee remains non-refundable)
